There was a 148 per cent increase in profit at JMMB Group for the April to June quarter.
It amounted to $1.93 billion, compared to $780 million during the same period last year.
JMMB's revenue also improved.
There was a 37 per cent uptick at $6.86 billion.
During the same period last year, JMMB earned $4.9 billion.
