Medical Disposables and Supplies Limited announced the appointment of two members to the company's Board of Directors.
Sheree Martin will join as a non-executive independent director and has also been appointed a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee and the Compensation and Human Resources Committee.
Christopher Williams has been appointed mentor to the board.
The move took effect on August 13.
