National Commercial Bank Jamaica (NCBJ) says its online services have been restored.
Customers at the largest commercial bank in the country had difficulties accessing the company's online banking platform up to Wednesday afternoon.
Its mobile application was also down for both business and personal banking clients.
The company has not yet not shared the nature of the outage.
The glitch left many Jamaicans concerned, as a large percentage of people are paid on the 25th of each month.
