Neos Airlines resumed service between Milan, Italy and the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay on Sunday.
The service from Milan Malpensa Airport will operate once weekly on Sundays via La Romana in the Dominican Republic.
A wide-body Boeing 7-8-7 dash 9 aircraft is being used.
This is the first trip by the airline to Jamaica since the island recorded its first case of covid-19 in March 2020.
