Joseph M. Matalon
Joseph M. Matalon, Chairman of the Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR), has resigned.
The resignation takes effect January 1.
A statement from the OUR today said Mr Matalon was stepping down to pursue his interests in business areas that could potentially be in conflict with his position.
Mr. Matalon was appointed in 2016.
