The JSE Index advanced by 478 points on Tuesday, while the Junior Index Market increased by 54 points.
Among the 39 winners were: AMG Packaging & Paper Company, Eppley, Jamaica Public Service 7% shares, Everything Fresh and Lasco Distributors.
Leading the pack of 46 losers were: Caribbean Cream, Gwest Corporation, Sygnus Real Estate Finance US dollar shares, Key Insurance Company and Blue Power Group.
Eighteen stocks ended the session at the same price they started trading.
