The JSE Index gained 334 points, while the Junior Market advanced by 28 points.
Among the 45 winners were: Elite Diagnostic, Access Financial Services, MFS Capital Partners, Express Catering and Sygnus Real Estate Finance Jamaican dollar shares.
The losers were led by: Medical Disposables and Supplies, tTech, 138 Student Living Jamaica VR P, KLE Group and Knutsford Express Services.
Fifteen stocks closed the session, selling at the same prices they started trading.
