The body of an unidentified man, believed to be of unsound mind, was found on the Meribah main road in Leeds, St. Elizabeth on Friday morning.
A taxi operator saw the body about 5:30 and called the police.
The body was naked with rope tied around the neck and feet.
Residents say the man is not known to the community.
