Dunrobin Primary facing possible closure due to stench

Dunrobin Primary School in St. Andrew might be forced to close if the source of a foul odour that has been affecting the institution for more than a week is not identified and corrective measures implemented.

Principal Noel Watt said, while this is a last resort, the school population cannot continue to operate with the stench, which he described as unbearable. He is hoping that the school will not have to close.

"That's something that is a last resort. Students have missed quite a number of days already because of other events. We can't afford for a child to miss another school day because of this stench," he said.

Mr. Watt has called for the relevant authorities to carry out a speedy investigation in order to fix the problem.
