The New York Post newspaper identified her as 25 year old health care staffer Asia Hester.
According to her Facebook page, she was from Kingston.
The Jamaican woman and a 30-year-old man were shot dead at a birthday barbecue in southern Fairfield Township, Cumberland County.
Guests told the New York Post the violence may have stemmed from a long-simmering turf war.
Twelve other people were wounded in the shooting.
