Pathways International Kingdom Restoration Ministries in Montego Bay, St. James

A plea and case management hearing has been set for November 29, for Andre Ruddock, who is accused of killing Taneka Gardener during an alleged ritual at Pathways International Kingdom Restoration Ministries in Montego Bay, St. James.
Miss Gardner was killed on October 17, 2021.
Prior to Wednesday's adjournment, the court was told that the prosecution file remains incomplete.
The Communication Forensic and Cybercrime Division report is still outstanding.
The report is to be submitted and disclosed on or before November 10.
The prosecution and the defence are also to discuss the mode of trial and its estimated length.
Miss Gardner and a man, identified as Michael Brown, were found dead on the compound of Pathways International Ministries on October 17.
Miss Gardner's throat was slashed.
