Karl Samuda, Minister with responsibility for Information
The Point Hill Health Centre in St. Catherine West Central is to be renamed in honour of former Deputy Prime Minister and Member of Parliament, Dr. Kenneth Baugh.
It will be known as the Dr. Kenneth Baugh Health Centre.
Karl Samuda, Minister with responsibility for Information, made the announcement at Wednesday's post-Cabinet media briefing.
The facility will operate as a type three health centre.
Dr. Baugh died on September 1 at age 78.
