Reverend Al Miller to appear in court

Head of the Fellowship Tabernacle, Reverend Al Miller, who was arrested in June after being caught in the company of former West Kingston area leader Christopher "Dudus" Coke is to return to court on Thursday for a case management hearing.

Reverend Miller, who is charged with harbouring a fugitive and perverting the course of justice, had his bail extended when he appeared in the Corporate Area Criminal Court on September 23.

Reverend Miller was arrested after the police caught him transporting Mr. Coke on June 22.

Investigators claimed the popular pastor tried to elude them, when they intercepted his vehicle, along the Spanish Town leg of Highway 2000.

The cops say they were forced to run his vehicle off the road, along the Mandela Highway.

The prosecution said contrary to Reverend Miller's claim that he was taking Mr. Coke to the United States Embassy, investigations have proven there was no meeting scheduled.
