The Ministry of Education has advised that schools should continue lessons online on Tuesday and only have face-to-face classes where conditions are safe as the island is expected to receive more rain.
Administrators have been told to continue exercising caution in determining the operations of schools.
The Ministry added that schools should continue to use their communication channels to inform parents, students, and staff on their operations, based on their local situation.
Most public schools suspended face-to-face classes on Monday as heavy rain associated with the outer bands of Hurricane Ian continued to affect the island.
