The Vincentian Prime Minister, Ralph Gonsalves, met with Venezuelan government officials in the capital, Caracas, on Saturday, en route to Nicaragua.
Gonsalves, who is on a five-day official mission to the Central American country, made the brief stop in Venezuela to meet with representatives of the government and other officials.
The Prime Minister held extensive discussions with the Venezuelan delegation headed by the Foreign Minister, the Vice Minister for the Caribbean and President of the Alba Bank, the Vice Minister for Economic Cooperation, and other officials from PetroCaribe.
The delegation left Venezuela for Nicaragua on Sunday.
