Tower Street & St Catherine Adult Correctional Facilities to be repaired

Two of  the country's major correctional facilities are to undergo repairs this financial year.

Nine million dollars will be spent to improve the Tower Street and St. Catherine Adult Correctional Centres.

4.5 million dollars will be used to facilitate the repair of  cells and other maintenance services at Tower Street while the remaining amount will go towards carrying out general repairs to the St. Catherine facility.

The projects will be implemented by the Ministry of  National Security.
