The Westmoreland police are probing the death of a woman who was stabbed at the Negril Transportation Centre on Thursday.
The dead woman has been identified as 51-year-old Sandra Hasley, a vendor of Burnt Savannah in Westmorland.
It's reported that about 6 a.m. Thursday, the police received a report that Hasley was stabbed and her bag stolen.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Shaunjae Mitchell said the police are "following several leads" at this time. He appealed for anyone with relevant information to contact 311 or the nearest police station.
