With Jamaica celebrating its 60th year of independence, the country's culture has gotten a boost on the international scene following the release of a new training kit by English Premier League team Arsenal.
Arsenal who are sponsored by German apparel brand Adidas, who will also be Jamaica's national team kit sponsor starting January next year, released a Jamaica-themed kit bearing the national colours on Friday.
According to Arsenal's official website, the jersey was made to celebrate the culture of the many Jamaicans living across the capital city London, where the club is based and pays tribute to those who call both North London and Jamaica home.
