Charles leads Windies A to victory over Nepal in third T20 game

A blistering unbeaten century from Johnson Charles carried the West Indies 'A' to a 76 run over Nepal in the third T20 international in Kirtipur on Wednesday and a 2-1 lead in the 5- match series.

Sent to bat, the Caribbean side posted a competitive 227-3 off their 20 overs. This was set up by the experienced duo of Charles and Andre Fletcher who blasted their way to a 145 run 2nd wicket partnership.

Charles blizted a life time best 119 not out from 61 balls, including 13 fours and 7 sixes, while Fletcher cracked 53 off 33 balls including 4 fours and 3 sixes.

Jamaica's Fabian Allen was the other wicket to fall for 19, Keemo Paul was left unbeaten on 13. 

Chasing  a challenging 228 to win, Nepal lost wickets at regular intervals there before they were eventually bowled out for 151 off 19.2 overs.

Lokesh Bam and Karam Chetri both made 28, as Hayden Walsh took 3-28 and Gudakesh Motie 2-28 for West Indies 'A'.

Allen, Obed McCoy and Matthew Forde also took a wicket each. The 4th T20 will take place on Thursday also in Kirtipur
