Last year's beaten finalist Holy Childhood High and Merl Grove were winners, as the ISSA schoolgirls basketball competition continued at the Camperdown courts on Wednesday.
Holy Childhood recorded a 23-4 win over Excelsior High. In the second game, Merl Grove recorded a 26-2 win over Ardenne High.
In other games, St Andrew High were 48-6 winners over Wolmer’s Girls, Camperdown beat Immaculate 44-12, while Queen’s got the better of STATHS.
In the rural area, Manchester High defeated St Elizabeth Technical 29-18, Herbert Morrison had a dominant 41-13 win over Holmwood Technical, while Mount Alvernia routed Holland High 81-3.
