It will be The Manning’s School versus Garvey Maceo High in the ISSA DaCosta Cup final after both recorded victories over highly fancied Dinthill Technical and defending champions Clarendon College respectively in Wednesday’s semi-finals.
Manning’s outscored Dinthill 4-2 on penalties after the teams had played to a 1-1 scoreline after full time in the first match of the double header at St Elizabeth Technical.
This is The Manning’s School’s first time qualifying for the DaCosta Cup final.
In the second match, a bullish Garvey Maceo team outscored Clarendon College 3-2 to secure their place in the final. The final will be contested next week Friday, January 21.
