The West Indies women had a good outing in their warm-up game against a South Africa Women X1, recording a 53 run victory on Tuesday.
Batting first, the Caribbean women posted 202 all out with Shemaine Campbelle top scoring with 42, while Jamaicans Rashada Williams and Chinelle Henry made 30 and 22 respectively. Nadine de Klerk claimed 3-27, while Tumi Sekhukune had 2-20.
In their run chase, the South Africans were bowled out for 149 in 37 overs, as Cherry-Ann Fraser claimed 3-11 to go with 2-13 from Shamilia Connell.
Tazmin Brits top scored with 32, while Delmari Tucker made 24. The Windes will now turn their attention to the first ODI in the 4-game series on Friday.
