Arnold Foote, Executive Chairman and Chief Creative Officer of AdMark
Local Advertising communications agency, AdMark, has acquired Trinidad and Tobago-based RED Advertising and Marketing Limited.
AdMark says with acquisition of RED, its network of offices has been expanded, and will now be able to offer its clients a more extensive range of services.
AdMark says the ownership is also part of its strategic vision to expand its footprint across the region.
Arnold Foote, Executive Chairman and Chief Creative Officer of AdMark, says the acquisition will also enable the company to explore the Trinidadian market and support client expansion opportunities across the region.
