British Caribbean Insurance Company (BCIC) is set to merge with JN General Insurance (JNGI).
Managing Director Peter Levy says the move follows BCIC's recent purchase of JNGI and is aimed at creating a single unified company.
He says the merged entity will operate under new brand pending approval from the Financial Services Commission.
Mr. Levy says all JNGI employees were made redundant after the buyout, adding that most of them received offers to work with BCIC in a similar capacity.
