Caribbean Flavours & Fragrances made net profits of $82 million on revenues of $529 million during the first half of this year.
That's slightly below the $83.9 million earned in the corresponding period last year, and well under 2023's record results of $132 million on revenues of $901 million.
The company says it's facing liquidity challenges, with receivables climbing to $158.5 million — 23 per cent more than last year — as clients take longer to pay.
Receivables now represent 19 per cent of the company's total assets.
