Caribbean Broilers Group has announced plans to develop a pet food plant at its Newport Mills complex in Kingston, marking its re-entry into that market but on a wider scale.
Construction of the plant is set to begin in 2026.
It will facilitate the manufacture of foods for dogs, rabbits, cats, fish, and birds.
The size of the investment to be made was not disclosed.
