Future Energy Source Company (FESCO) has advised that submission of its Audited Financial Report for the year April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 has been delayed.
The report was due to be submitted to the Jamaica Stock Exchange by today but, in a notice posted to the JSE's website, FESCO said it will instead submit its report by Monday, July 14.
Radio Jamaica has also notified its shareholders of a further delay in the release of its audited financial statements, due this month.
Radio Jamaica says the delay is to allow for completion of the annual external audit and finalisation of the 2025 financial statements.
The company says its audited financial statements will be published by August 7.
