FirstRock Capital Holdings has inked a deal for the real estate development - HAMBANI Estate.
The company received building approvals from the Kingston and St. Andrew Municipal Corporation earlier this year.
FirstRock is investing more than $1 billion to develop the property.
It is slated to be completed by April 2022.
