Hardware and Lumber has applied to the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) to be delisted.
The effective date was May 31 or a later date to be agreed with the JSE.
Argyle Industries acquired control of the Company on December 30, 2015 when it purchased the majority shareholding of Gracekennedy, approximately 58.23 per cent.
Argyle’s total shareholding in the Company now stands at 97.7 per cent.
