Jamaica's NIR up by US$395 million at October

Jamaica's net international reserves (NIR), or the difference between its foreign assets and foreign liabilities, increased by US$395 million at the end of October.
 
The NIR now stands at US$5.596 billion as at the end of October, up from US$5.2 billion at the end of September.
 
Total foreign assets climbed by US$393.76 million to US$5.66 billion in October, while total foreign liabilities fell by US$1.26 million to US$67.95 million in October.
