Local fuel prices rise amid Middle East war

 
The war in the Middle East, which has disrupted global oil supplies, has result in fuel increased in Jamaica, effective Thursday.
 
Each litre of 87 gasolene will be increased by $3.06 and 90 gasolene will go up by $4.50.
 
Automotive diesel will see $4.50 being added to its price, while ultra low sulphur diesel will also be increased by $4.50.
 
Kerosene will see its price increased by $4.50.
 
The cost of propane will be increed by $1.63, while butane will go up by $3.06.
 
Each petrol station will make these adjustments to their prices, which include a mark-up on the ex-refinery rate offered by Petrojam.
