Dr. Marlene Street Forrest
Longstanding Managing Director of the Jamaica Stock Exchange, Dr. Marlene Street Forrest, is set to retire next month.
Chairman of the JSE Stephen Wittingham confirmed that Dr. Street Forest will retire effective December 5. He says the post has been advertised but Dr. Street Forrest could be asked to continue until a suitable successor is identified.
Dr. Street Forrest became the General Manager of the stock exchange in 2002 and was appointed Managing Director in 2017.
The JSE was voted by Bloomberg as the number one stock exchange in the world in 2015 and 2018.
