Mayberry Jamaican Equities Limited is reporting a significant loss for the year ended December 31.
The investment company posted a net loss of just over US$31 million, compared with a loss of about US$886,000 in 2024.
The results were largely impacted by declines in the fair value of financial instruments and investments in associate companies.
The company recorded losses of approximately US$7.6 million from financial instruments and a further US$20.7 million from investments in associates.
