The JSE Index advanced by 1,819 points while The Junior Market Index declined by 51 points on Tuesday.
There was trading in 115 stocks, of which 44 advanced, 48 declined and 23 traded firm.
Transjamaican Highway was the volume leader with 32-per cent of total volume.
