National Commercial Bank (NCB) has maintained its rank as Jamaica's largest bank by asset.
Latest data from the Bank of Jamaica show NCB has 43 per cent of total assets in the commercial banking sector. BNS ranks second, while First Caribbean is third.

The rest of the ranking sees RBC Royal Bank in fourth, First Global, Sagicor Bank and CitiBank in fifth, sixth and seventh place respectively.
The soon-to-be-concluded merger of RBC and Sagicor Bank will see the merged entity moving to third position behind NCB and BNS.
