New Managing Director appointed to the PCJ

The Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica (PCJ) has a new Group Managing Director.

He is Dr. Mario Anderson.

A statement from PCJ Chairman, Parris Lyew Ayee, says Dr. Anderson’s appointment took effect on May 18.

The post became vacant last year after Dr. Ruth Potopsingh was fired after the findings of a special audit raised questions about the operations of the PCJ.

Dr. Anderson has more than 15 years of general management experience and prior to joining PCJ worked at Shell Company West Indies.
