Radio Jamaica Limited confirms further delay in publication of audited financial statements due to cyber incident

Radio Jamaica Limited has advised shareholders of a further delay in the publication of its audited financial statements and annual report following a recent cyber incident.

In a notice to shareholders, the company said the cyberattack impaired its systems and restricted access to critical data, preventing the timely completion and verification of its financial reports.

However, Radio Jamaica says its systems have now been restored and the integrity of its databases has been confirmed, allowing the audit process for the 2025/26 financial year to resume.

The company says it now expects to publish its audited financial statements by August 27, 2026, with its annual report to follow by September 30, 2026.
