From Monday, the operations of RBTT Bank Caribbean Limited in St. Vincent and the Grenadines will cease following its acquisition by 1st National Bank St Lucia Limited.
As a result, RBTT Bank Caribbean will become a branch of 1st National Bank St Lucia.
Eastern Caribbean Central Bank did not disclose the amount paid for the acquisition.
