The JSE index declined by 864 points, while the Junior market advanced by 10 points.
Among the 41 winners were: Equityline Mortgage Investments Corporation Preference Shares, Dolla Financial Services, QWI Investments, Innovative Energy Group and Access Financial Services.
The 40 losers included: TTECH, Jetcon Corporation, MFS Capital Partners, Jamaica Stock Exchange and Dolphin Cove.
Eighteen stocks traded firm.
