By Prince Moore

The United States resident who was charged over the weekend for causing death by dangerous driving, is facing an additional charge.

He was again charged following the death of taxi operator Hector Munroe of Catterwood District, St. Elizabeth.

Mr. Munroe died of his injuries Monday, four days after the fatal crash on the Font Hill main road in St. Elizabeth.

Daniellie Blake, a 31-year-old teacher at Savanna-la-Mar Primary school also died in the crash.

Caleb Davis, who was offered bail on Monday, reappeared before the St. Elizabeth Parish Court on Wednesday where he was again offered bail.

His reporting condition was varied as he will now be reporting to the Matilda's Corner police station once weekly.

It's reported that about 11 o'clock last Friday, a Toyota Wish travelling from Black River to White House collided head on with a truck with two US visitors aboard.

The police say the American who was driving the truck failed to keep left and crashed into the loaded taxi cab.
