Argument over ganja-spliff leaves man dead

  A man is dead and another is on the run following an argument over a ganja spliff in a section of Portmore, St Catherine Monday night.

Gregory Mitchell, 31, a technician who is also called "Hundred" of Myrtle Way in Passage Fort, is dead while Phillip Edwards, also of Passage Fort is on the run.

Sometime around 9:30pm, Mr. Mitchell and Mr. Edwards were reportedly involved in a heated argument over a ganja-spliff.

After the argument ended, Mr. Edwards reportedly left the scene and returned with a knife which he used to stab Mr. Mitchell in the stomach.

Mr. Edwards then fled the area while Mr. Mitchell was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
