The body of a woman was removed from the shoreline at the
Norman Manley Airport
Saturday.
The decomposing body was partially clad and had a butterfly design ring on one of the fingers.
The body is of dark complexion, medium built, with short black hair and about 168 centimetres long.
According to police reports at about 9 in the morning persons spotted the body in the water and called the police.
The body was seen floating at the end of a go-cart track.
An on the spot post mortem revealed that death was caused by drowning.
