Jolyan Silvera and his late wife Melissa
Chief Justice Bryan Sykes has accepted the guilty plea of former MP Jolyan Silvera in the death of his wife Melissa and has set sentencing for March 6.
The decision was handed down in the Gun Court on Thursday morning.
Silvera has pleaded guilty to manslaughter and using a firearm to commit an offence.
He is to be sentenced on March 6.
