Minister of Constitutional Affairs Marlene Malahoo Forte says the process of constitutional reform is aimed at unlocking the potential that exists in the country.
She was speaking against the backdrop of the decision by the opposition to boycott the meetings of the Joint Select Committee of Parliament reviewing the amendments to the constitution.
Mrs Malahoo Forte says the process of change is not be easy and requires unity of purpose.
