Less than a month after being appointed to a senior post in the Education Ministry, popular actress and media practitioner, Dahlia Harris has opted out of the contract.
News had come this week that the media personality had been appointed as the Director of Culture in the Ruel Reid-led Ministry of Education, Youth and Information.
