Former PNP senator Delano Franklyn has died

Former People's National Party Senator Delano Franklyn has died.

Mr Franklyn died Thursday night after ailing for some time.

He had been admitted in serious condition at the University Hospital of the West Indies in September.

At the time, there was an urgent appeal for blood.

Mr Franklyn was also a former minister of state in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade.
