Prime Minister of Haiti Ariel Henry resigned on Monday, as part of an international agreement to put in place interim arrangements to facilitate a restoration of order in his country.

The Kingston meeting, held at the Pegasus Hotel, attracted not only several CARICOM Heads of Government, but also high level representatives of the United States, Canada, Mexico, France and other countries.
