Former special counsel Robert Hur, the lawyer who investigated US President Joe Biden's handling of classified files, is facing questions in Congress over his final report.
He told the House Judiciary committee that his assessment of Mr. Biden's memory, which the report said had "significant limitations", was both accurate and fair.
In Mr. Hur's findings, which were published last month, he found Mr. Biden kept secret documents and stored them improperly, but did not bring criminal charges.
Democratic lawmakers have tried to show that the former special counsel was right not to bring charges - but Republicans are suggesting Mr. Hur allowed President Biden to get away with a crime.
