The Cayman Islands recorded its first homicide since the start of 2014 in what is an apparent murder/suicide involving two Jamaicans.
The bodies of Nichelle Anna-Kay Thomas,21 Devon Roy Campbell,39 were found on Sunday at a house in a remote area in Bodden Town.
Police investigators believe the tragedy is the result of a domestic dispute.
According to reports, Thomas's body was found with stab wounds, while Campbell's body was discovered hanging outside the house.
It's understood that the incident occurred outside the house where Thomas was employed as a domestic helper.
Campbell was a farmer who had various jobs around the island.
