A 32-year-old man has been charged in relation to a shooting incident along Maple View Road, Kingston 11 on Monday, February 26.
Nickola Reid, otherwise called 'Yankee' or 'Nick', has been charged with wounding with intent, possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of prohibited ammunition, and using a firearm to commit a felony.
Reports from the Hunts Bay Police are that, about 6.35 p.m., Reid shot and wounded several people who had been sitting at a bar.
The matter was reported to the police, and Reid was apprehended during an operation.
He was later charged after being questioned in the presence of his attorney.
